Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Anchor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Client Success team by providing pre and post-launch assistance for the Operation & Reservations Tech System. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client maintenance and support, ensuring a positive experience for existing customers to aid in company expansion efforts and minimize churn. Your responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries promptly and accurately through various channels, identifying customer needs, troubleshooting problems, and updating internal databases with technical issue details. You will be expected to develop an expert-level understanding of the Anchor platform to effectively assist customers, offer guidance on best practices, and relay feedback to the Director of Client Success. Collaborating with the build team and project managers, you will stay informed about Anchor feature alerts and new releases, supporting the Client Success team during onsite implementations and post-launch transitions. Furthermore, you will be required to maintain proficiency in the Anchor Operating System and all new releases while addressing any additional job duties as assigned. To qualify for this role, you should possess a BA/BS degree in a related field or demonstrate equivalent knowledge, along with at least 3 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or data analysis. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential, coupled with exceptional communication abilities to engage with both executive and technical audiences effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, advanced data analysis skills, and experience with reporting tools are necessary. You should be adept at problem-solving, adapting to changing goals, and distilling customer feedback into actionable recommendations. Experience with Point-of-Sale, SaaS, web applications, and e-commerce technologies is advantageous. The ability to learn new technologies quickly, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is crucial. Travel of up to 40% may be required for this role.
