Role Description

Client Success & Digital Strategist

Core Responsibilities

  • Account Management:

     Act as the dedicated liaison between the agency and the client. Lead regular check-ins, manage expectations, and nurture long-term professional partnerships.
  • Strategic Planning:

     Develop comprehensive digital marketing roadmaps (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content) that align with the client’s business objectives and human-centered psychology.
  • Digital Oversight:

     Manage the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns, ensuring AI-integrated tools are utilized for maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Performance Reporting:

     Analyze campaign data and provide clear, focused reports to clients that translate complex metrics into actionable business insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

     Coordinate with our creative and design teams to ensure that visual and written content effectively supports the digital strategy.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management:

     Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles, with a focus on clear communication and conflict resolution.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise:

     Comprehensive knowledge of performance marketing, social media algorithms, SEO/SEM, and lead generation.
  • Analytical Proficiency:

     Strong ability to interpret data using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools to drive strategy.
  • Communication Skills:

     Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical marketing concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Strategic Thinking:

     Ability to apply psychological principles and creative thinking to solve brand challenges.
  • Education:

     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:

     3–5 years of experience in an agency environment or a similar hybrid role is preferred. Freshers can apply as well.

Compensation and Role Details

  • Salary Range:

     ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month.
  • Employment Type:

     Full-Time, On-Site.
  • Location:

     Somajiguda, Hyderabad.
