Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Trainee located in New Delhi. The Client Servicing Trainee will manage day-to-day client communications, ensure customer satisfaction, and support client projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, tracking project progress, addressing client queries, and ensuring the timely delivery of services. The role focuses on maintaining excellent customer service standards and fostering strong client relationships. Communication - Representation of RepIndia with credibility and professionalism. Client Relationship - managing daily deliverables, monitoring progress and meeting deadlines. Well-versed with the processes involved in Digital marketing, social media management, search, website development and designing. Consistent follow-through and resourcefulness, to achieve organizational goals and objectives Brand Building Strategies, Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments.
