Key Responsibilities

• Understanding client needs and helping the team turn them into tasks.
• Coordinating with internal teams like design, technical, video, web etc.
• Helping in planning and execution of events such as:

webinars, product launches, AGMs, town halls (online & offline)

• Assisting the design/production team in creating event creatives and assets.
• Talking to vendors, clients and team members to ensure work happens on time.
• Getting feedback after events and helping prepare reports.
• Helping in preparing proposals and presentations for new client pitches.

Qualifications & Skills

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Graduates/Postgraduates from any stream
• Good communication skills (English must)
• Confident and willing to learn
• Enjoy working in teams and handling coordination
• Ready to travel and work extra hours during event days (not every day)

Bonus if you have basic knowledge of digital marketing / websites / video but not mandatory.
