Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and agencies.
  • Capture, document, and communicate client briefs accurately to internal teams.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for repeat or incremental business.
  • Support consultative discussions to provide solutions aligned with client objectives.

2. Project Management & Execution

  • Coordinate with creative, production, and logistics teams for timely delivery of projects.
  • Track project progress from design to installation, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct pre-production and post-installation checks for brand and quality compliance.
  • Manage vendor coordination and local tie-ups for multi-location rollouts.

3. Commercial & Financial Management

  • Prepare cost estimates and monitor project profitability.
  • Assist in negotiations with clients and vendors to optimize costs without compromising quality.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing, documentation, and payment follow-ups.

4. Reporting & Quality Control

  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and organizational quality standards.
  • Maintain project status reports and photographic documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SLAs, and client expectations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and relationship management.
  • Strong multitasking and process-oriented mindset.
  • Understanding of production materials, visual merchandising (VM) installations, and fabrication processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • Collaborative, accountable, and solution-oriented attitude.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Communication, or Design-related discipline.
  • Experience:

    • Senior Executive: 3–4 years in client servicing / project coordination / account management.
    • Manager: 4–6 years with end-to-end project ownership.
    • Senior Manager: 6–10 years with strategic client handling and team leadership.
  • Industry preference: Branding, Advertising, Retail, VM/BTL, or Experiential Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with fabrication, signage, or retail/mall dcor preferred.
