Account Director


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the client servicing team across all accounts
  • Own relationships with key and strategic clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and critical discussions
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all client mandates
  • Translate client briefs into clear internal action plans
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, media, influencer, and operations teams
  • Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling services
  • Monitor account profitability, billing, and collections
  • Conduct regular client reviews, presentations, and performance reports
  • Maintain strong service standards and client satisfaction scores

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution focus
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts under tight timelines
  • Good understanding of agency processes and deliverables
