Job Description

As a Senior Events Clients Servicing Manager in the event industry, your role will involve managing clients and driving business growth through strategic sales efforts. You will be responsible for various key tasks: - Client Servicing & Relationship Management: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their event requirements and expectations. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Provide expert consultation to clients on event planning, budgeting, and execution. - Business Development & Sales: - Identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development efforts. - Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target clients. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Lead negotiations, close deals independently, and drive business growth. - Quotation & Proposal Management: - Prepare accurate and competitive event quotations, proposals, and cost estimates. - Ensure quotations align with client budgets while maintaining profitability. - Present and explain proposals confidently to clients and secure approvals. - Event Closure & Execution: - Independently finalize contracts, agreements, and event deliverables with clients. - Collaborate with internal teams (production, creative, logistics) to ensure seamless event execution. - Handle last-minute client requests, troubleshooting, and on-site event management if required. Your qualifications should include: - Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in Client Servicing / Business Development in the event industry only. - Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate events. - Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of successfully closing deals independently. - Quotation & Budgeting Expertise: Ability to create accurate event costings and negotiate profitable deals. - Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to pitch ideas and interact confidently with high-profile clients. - Networking & Relationship Building: A well-established network within the event industry is a plus. - Self-Motivated & Result-Oriented: Ability to work independently and achieve business targets. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
