Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager located in Chandigarh. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client relations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include maintaining communication with clients, addressing client needs, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating successful event management and corporate gifting solutions.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in event management and corporate gifting is a plus
