Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Client Servicing Manager. The Client Servicing Manager will manage day-to-day client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relations. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, developing strategies to meet those needs, and acting as the primary point of contact between clients and the company. This role also involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in advertising, design, or digital marketing is a plus
