Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer located in Pune. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for applying design thinking principles and conducting user research to inform design decisions. Daily tasks include creating user experience (UX) strategies, developing visual designs, and building prototypes. The role focuses on translating user needs into elegant and functional designs while collaborating with other team members.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research
• Strong skills in User Experience (UX) and Visual Design
• Experience in Prototyping to communicate design ideas effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in advertising or digital agencies is a plus
