Role Overview:

Who understands people as much as processes. You’ll be the connection between our internal teams and our clients ensuring expectations are clear, delivery is smooth, and opportunities aren’t missed.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of moderating incoming leads, ensuring each one reaches the right vertical and has a fair shot at conversion.
• Coordinate and set up internal meetings that actually move things forward, not just fill calendars.
• Ask questions that bring clarity, uncover roadblocks, and guide teams toward meaningful outcomes.
• Work closely with the sales team to make sure no lead goes cold and every opportunity gets the attention it deserves.
• Own the documentation: record meeting minutes, track decisions, and follow through until the promised actions are delivered.
• Record and circle back to the discussed points in the minutes of meeting to ensure the plans discussed are achieved.
• Be the voice of momentum by nudging people forward, keeping timelines on track, and ensuring that effort leads to results.

Qualifications:

• Track and moderate lead quality to support better conversions
• Set up key meetings, ask the right questions, and push for clear outcomes
• Own meeting follow-ups and ensure accountability on action points
• Drive internal teams with a client-first mindset and initiative
• Willingness to travel for work needs, when required

Skills:

• Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between client expectations and internal execution
• Confident in driving structured meetings and capturing clear action points
• Sharp eye for process flow ensuring leads are nurtured, not just passed along
• Proactive mindset with a collaborative spirit to get the best out of every team involved
