Client Servicing Manager

Company Description : We are a multidisciplinary design and build agency specializing in bespoke luxury projects with a diverse portfolio ranging from retail , events , hospitality and lifestyle industry.

Incorporated in the year 2002, the agency is based out of Hauz Khas Village , New Delhi since 2012. A dedicated team of over 30 professionals across the divisions of design , client relationship and production, work together to create best designs for the client.

We also have in- house production facility in Delhi spread across 20,000 sq ft with over 30 skilled craftsmen and professionals.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Client Servicing Manager. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include handling client inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining regular communication with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. The role also involves monitoring client feedback and implementing strategies to enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in the Event industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
