Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing Manager with a strong background in digital marketing and project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring smooth project execution, and delivering high-quality digital marketing solutions that meet client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals and marketing needs.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
· Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and performance reviews with clients.
Project Management
· Oversee end-to-end digital marketing project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.
· Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Creative, and Development) to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
· Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
· Identify potential risks in project execution and take corrective actions proactively.
Digital Marketing Expertise
· Provide strategic input on campaigns including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email, and Paid Ads.
· Analyze campaign performance reports and communicate results to clients with actionable insights.
· Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to provide innovative solutions.
Account Growth & Revenue
· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
· Work closely with the sales team to drive account growth and meet revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
· 3–6 years of experience in client servicing/account management within a digital marketing agency.
· Proven track record in handling multiple client accounts and digital marketing projects.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Automation).
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
· Ability to interpret analytics and prepare performance reports.
Nice-to-Have Skills
· Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
· Experience in healthcare or B2B digital marketing.

· Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
