We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Serving Executive to join our 360° advertising agency team. This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage client relationships across a wide range of media platforms, including print, hoardings, digital, television, and more.

The ideal candidate will act as a crucial link between clients and internal teams—ensuring smooth communication, timely execution, and excellence in campaign delivery. From briefing creative teams to tracking campaign performance, your role is vital to our client's success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across all media verticals

Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams

Coordinate with creative, media buying, production, digital, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution

Oversee the timely delivery of campaigns across platforms: newspapers, hoardings, social media, TV, radio, and more

Monitor campaign performance and ensure quality standards are met

Address and resolve client queries promptly and professionally

Maintain detailed records of all campaign activities, budgets, and communication

Prepare and support proposals, campaign calendars, presentations, and performance reports

Build long-term client relationships and support business growth through outstanding service
