Client Servicing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable plans
• Coordinate with design, copy, media, and strategy teams to deliver campaigns
• Handle end-to-end social media management for client brands
• Monitor social media performance, create reports, and suggest improvements
• Manage timelines, feedback cycles, and deliverables with attention to detail
• Participate in ideation and campaign planning for brand promotions, launches, and social content
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and value delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role at a reputed creative or digital agency
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Good eye for creatives, trends, and storytelling on digital platforms
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a problem-solving attitude

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Basic understanding of paid media and performance marketing
