Job Description

As a Client Servicing Executive for the US Account based in Thane, you will play a crucial role in managing and fostering relationships with our US clients. Your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring client satisfaction, timely service delivery, and effective communication between clients and internal teams. Your primary focus will be on maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with US-based clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service and support. By acting as the main point of contact, you will schedule and conduct regular meetings to discuss project progress and address any concerns that may arise. Collaboration with various internal teams such as sales and operations will be essential to ensure seamless project delivery within the specified scope and timeline. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, reporting updates to clients, and proactively managing any issues that may impact client satisfaction. Gathering feedback from clients on a regular basis will allow you to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services based on their needs. Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, project progress, and feedback will be crucial in preparing periodic reports for clients and internal stakeholders. Staying updated on industry trends, client business models, and competitors will enable you to provide valuable insights to clients and contribute to their business improvement. Effective time zone coordination will be necessary to ensure timely responses and smooth client interactions, including flexibility to accommodate client calls or meetings outside standard working hours when required. To excel in this role, you should ideally have 2-5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project management with US-based clients. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, strong problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work outside traditional hours are key attributes for success in this position.,
