About the Role:

Client Servicing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Coordinate with creative, digital, and operations teams for smooth execution
• Maintain healthy client relationships by providing regular updates and insights
• Handle feedback, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in client servicing (preferably in advertising/digital/marketing agencies)
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
