As a Client Servicing Person in our dynamic advertising agency, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing our key client relationships. Your responsibilities will include ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional advertising solutions. To excel in this position, you must be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the advertising industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing key client accounts. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and marketing goals. You will act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of client satisfaction. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to develop and deliver comprehensive advertising solutions. Your role will involve facilitating communication and coordination among different departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently. Campaign Management: You will oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and meet quality standards. Monitoring campaign performance and providing strategic insights and recommendations for optimization will be key aspects of your role. Budget Management: Managing client budgets effectively is crucial, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and delivering value for the client's investment. You will be responsible for providing financial forecasts and reports to both clients and internal stakeholders. Market Analysis and Trends: Staying abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities will be essential to provide valuable insights to clients. Proactively recommending innovative advertising solutions based on industry best practices will also be part of your responsibilities. Client Retention and Growth: Identifying opportunities for account expansion and upselling of additional agency services will be a key focus. Implementing retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships with key clients is vital for the growth of the business. Candidate Profile: You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience in key account management within the advertising industry is required, along with a strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as well as an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. Being results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets is crucial, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
