About the Role:

Client Servicing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships.
Understand client requirements, create briefs, and coordinate with internal teams for execution.
Strategize and oversee end-to-end digital campaigns including
SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Website Management
.
Track campaign performance, analyze results, and present detailed reports to clients.
Proactively suggest new ideas and strategies to enhance client business growth.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in
client servicing/account management.
Strong understanding of
360° digital marketing strategies
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask.
