About the Role:

Client Servicing Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Understand client requirements, create briefs, and coordinate with internal teams for execution.
  • Strategize and oversee end-to-end digital campaigns including

    SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Website Management

  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and present detailed reports to clients.
  • Proactively suggest new ideas and strategies to enhance client business growth.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in

    client servicing/account management.

  • Strong understanding of

    360° digital marketing strategies
