Job Description

Position: Head Chef Location: Café Cotinga @ The Tamarind Hotel, Anjuna, North Goa. Type: Full-Time About Us: A cozy and inviting restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences with a focus on world cuisine. We pride ourselves on quality ingredients, creativity, and a warm atmosphere. Responsibilities: Lead, train and inspire the kitchen team Develop innovative menus and specials Maintain consistent high standards of food quality and presentation Manage inventory, ordering and control food costs Ensure compliance with health and safety (FSSAI) regulations Foster a positive and efficient work environment Qualifications: Proven experience as a Head Chef / Sous Chef Knowledge of inventory management, yield management, forecasting and cost controls. Strong leadership and communication abilities Knowledge of kitchen operations and Health & Safety Standards (FSSAI) Passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences Degree in Hotel Management along with minimum 5 years of relevant experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹10.00 per month Work Location: In person
