About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and sharp Client Servicing Executive who will act as the main point of contact for new and existing clients. You will work directly with founders, anticipate needs, and ensure every project—content, marketplace, or strategy—runs smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new client onboarding and ongoing client needs
• Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs
• Draft content for decks, brand presentations, communication, and marketing material
• Lead marketplace coordination and manage brand presence across platforms
• Work closely with founders on brand-building initiatives
• Ensure timely delivery, project clarity, and strong strategic follow-through

• Excited about beauty, marketing, and working in a founder-driven environment
• Detail-driven with strong project management capability

• Background in beauty, client servicing, marketing, or brand management preferred
