Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Client Servicing Executive to join our team in Sector-48, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience and excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle and coordinate client projects from receipt to final delivery.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle and coordinate client projects from receipt to final delivery.
Nurture and maintain healthy relationships with existing clients through regular touch bases and follow-ups.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Develop and implement effective problem-solving strategies to meet client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase repeat business.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience in ITES/BPO/KPO/LPO/Customer Service industry is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications are an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
