We are hiring for Client Servicing Executive position for one of our esteemed client in Event Management industry for Nehrunagar location.

Experience : 2-3 years
Timings : 11:00 pm to 6:00 pmWork mode : Full time, On site

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and understanding their business objectives.
• Coordinate and oversee event planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, operations, and logistics, to ensure flawless execution of events and campaigns.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients, clearly communicating event concepts, timelines, and budgets.
• Accompany seniors to client meetings and business appointments.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues proactively, and ensure timely delivery of all client requirements.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Gather client feedback post-events and identify areas for improvement to enhance client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in event management.
• Proven track record in managing client accounts, coordinating events, and ensuring successful execution.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and comfortable with event management tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English .
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and handle high-pressure situations.
