Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Client Servicing Executive to join our team in Sector-48, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the ITES/BPO/KPO/LPO/Customer Service industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle and coordinate client projects from receipt to final delivery.
Nurture and maintain healthy relationships with existing clients through regular touch and follow-ups.
Provide excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
Utilize strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the ITES/BPO/KPO/LPO/Customer Service industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and other software applications.
