About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day execution across our beauty brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational responsibilities, managing vendors, and keeping projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard vendors for packaging, printing, and production
• Coordinate packaging development, sampling, timelines, and quality checks
• Maintain and organise product catalogues, brand assets, and documentation
• Support brand partnerships, cross-collaborations, and influencer coordination
• Keep project trackers up to date and ensure smooth internal workflows
• Assist with operational tasks needed across ongoing client projects

• Strong communicator and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
• Proactive, dependable, and enthusiastic about beauty and branding
• Able to handle fast-paced execution with accountability

Requirements

• Based in Mumbai & able to work from office
• Experience in marketing, coordination, or operations is a plus
