Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and creative professional to manage our social media presence while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires a balance of content management, stakeholder coordination, and operational efficiency to support the marketing and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

·      Plan, schedule, and post content across all company social media platforms.

·      Monitor engagement, respond to comments, queries, and messages in a timely manner.

·      Coordinate with creative and content teams for design and copy requirements.

·      Track social media analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.

·      Stay updated on latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media.

Day-to-Day Operations

·      Support internal teams with administrative and operational requirements.

·      Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation related to campaigns and activities.

·      Assist in organizing internal events, campaigns, and employee engagement activities.

·      Liaise with vendors, agencies, or external partners for smooth execution of tasks.

·      Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow up with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education & Soft Skills:

- MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing / Digital advertising

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.)

- Excellent verbal and written communication, able to build relationships with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Experience :

- Experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email campaigns

- Experience in managing multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
