Role Overview We’re looking for a Client Servicing Executive who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. If you have a background in working with creative/digital agencies and know how to manage demanding clients, tight timelines, and multidisciplinary teams — we want to hear from you. This role is key to bridging the gap between our internal teams (design, content, tech) and our diverse clientele. You’ll be the face of the agency to our clients and the voice of the client within the agency. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Understand and interpret client briefs and business needs into actionable internal tasks Collaborate with internal creative, content, and production teams to deliver high-quality outputs Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations Prepare and present project pitches, status reports, and campaign outcomes Coordinate with government and institutional clients, ensuring protocol adherence and timely communication Maintain client relationships and identify up-selling or cross-selling opportunities Ideal Candidate Profile 2–4 years of client servicing experience in a creative, advertising, or digital agency Strong understanding of media campaigns, branding, and content production workflows Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in creating briefs, tracking timelines, and managing deliverables Should be willing to travel to on-site client locations.
