Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive at Bestow in Vadodara. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for client services, client relations, making presentations, customer service, and account management.

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Lead and mentor the client servicing team, ensuring excellent customer engagement and performance.
• Develop strategies for client growth, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Handle client escalations and conflict resolution effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to optimize client experience.
• Monitor and analyze client feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to improve service offerings.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports to clients and leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
