Role Overview: As a Client Servicing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service to meet and exceed their expectations. You will serve as a bridge between clients and our organization, ensuring seamless communication and efficient problem resolution. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and be responsive to their inquiries and concerns. Regularly check in with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any issues. Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and expectations understanding their core product/service. Conduct thorough competitor research to understand client positioning in the market. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements. Client Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from clients on our products or services and relay it to relevant teams for continuous improvement. Suggest improvements and enhancements based on client feedback. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client engagement, satisfaction, and any issues or trends observed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client service. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
