CLIENT SERVICING & SOCIAL MEDIA REPRESENTATIVE

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Servicing and Social Media Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and leveraging social media platforms to promote our products and services.

Job Responsibilities:

Client Servicing:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing product information, resolving issues, and offering solutions.
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Social Media Management:

• Develop strategies to effectively promote our products and services on various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
• Create engaging and informative content to attract potential customers and increase brand awareness.
• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, or complaints, responding promptly with accurate information or appropriate solutions.
• Analyze social media data and metrics to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences, using this information to guide decision-making and improve marketing campaigns.

Experience: 1-2 Year Experience of handling social media and client servicing role preferably from Event/Advertising/PR industry.

Salary Offered: 25,000-30,000/- Plus Incentives
