Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Servicing Executive to act as the primary point of contact between clients and our internal event planning team. The ideal candidate should be skilled at managing client relationships, understanding event requirements, and ensuring seamless coordination from brief to execution. Key Responsibilities: Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams for corporate and social events. Understand client objectives, prepare detailed briefs, and ensure all deliverables are aligned. Coordinate with creative, production, logistics, and vendor teams to execute event plans. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high client satisfaction. Prepare proposals, presentations, and event timelines. Manage on-ground execution of events and ensure adherence to quality and branding. Handle client feedback and post-event reports. Support business development and repeat client engagement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in client servicing or event coordination. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in an event agency or similar client-facing role. Familiarity with event production and vendor management. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Executive & Admin to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finding top talent and maintaining a productive and organized office environment. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding. Publish job advertisements on relevant job portals and social media. Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements. Maintain and update the recruitment database and reports. Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
