Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Servicing Executive to act as the primary point of contact between clients and our internal event planning team. The ideal candidate should be skilled at managing client relationships, understanding event requirements, and ensuring seamless coordination from brief to execution. Key Responsibilities: Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams for corporate and social events. Understand client objectives, prepare detailed briefs, and ensure all deliverables are aligned. Coordinate with creative, production, logistics, and vendor teams to execute event plans. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high client satisfaction. Prepare proposals, presentations, and event timelines. Manage on-ground execution of events and ensure adherence to quality and branding. Handle client feedback and post-event reports. Support business development and repeat client engagement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in client servicing or event coordination. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in an event agency or similar client-facing role.
