Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Executive & Admin to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finding top talent and maintaining a productive and organized office environment. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding. Publish job advertisements on relevant job portals and social media. Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements. Maintain and update the recruitment database and reports. Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds. Handle offer rollout and joining formalities. Administration: Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep. Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and travel arrangements. Maintain HR records, employee attendance, and leave records. Support in organizing employee engagement activities and office events. Handle general communication, filing, and documentation tasks. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and/or administrative roles. Proficient in MS Office and HR/recruitment software (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
