Job Description

As a Client Servicing Director, you will play a vital role in our agency by leading the strategic direction and execution of advertising campaigns for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee a portfolio of accounts, ensuring that client objectives are not only met but exceeded. Building and nurturing strong client relationships will be a key focus of this role, along with a deep understanding of advertising principles, market trends, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional creative work. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic advertising plans that align with client goals, acting as the main point of contact for clients to establish enduring relationships, and leading account teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project deliveries that meet client expectations. Your role will also involve providing strategic guidance to clients on advertising and marketing initiatives based on your industry knowledge and insights, as well as collaborating with creative, media, and production teams to create innovative campaigns that not only meet but exceed industry standards. Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing regular performance reports and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders will also be part of your responsibilities. It will be essential to stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the agency. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. You must have a proven track record of at least 9 years in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership skills that inspire and motivate teams towards excellence. Exceptional client relationship management skills, a strategic mindset, excellent communication and presentation abilities, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also required. Familiarity with industry-specific software such as CRM systems and project management tools will be an advantage, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.,
