You will be working as a Client Service Representative at Ansari Corporates, a consulting firm located in Noida. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and sustain enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and recognizing opportunities to promote additional services. You will be expected to collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with various departments, and ensure the successful completion of all client engagement tasks, with a particular focus on following up with new clients through emails. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field, along with 1-4 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or a related area. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling you to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your organizational and project management abilities will be crucial in managing multiple tasks and priorities concurrently. Any prior knowledge in financial services or consulting would be advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software is required, along with a customer-centric approach and a dedication to delivering high-quality work. Additionally, the ability to draft professional emails and a proficient command of English communication, both verbal and written, are key skills for this role. This is a full-time position with benefits including leave encashment and Provident Fund. The work schedule will involve day shifts and morning shifts, with the job requiring in-person attendance at the office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
