Client Services Representative

You will be a Client Service Representative (CSR) at BNP Paribas India Solutions, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas SA, the European Union's leading bank with a global reach. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for responding to their requests for information, service activities, and problem resolution across various Treasury and Banking (TB) products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating closely with internal stakeholders to provide comprehensive and timely responses to client requests. - Investigating and identifying root causes of issues when necessary. - Proactively reaching out to clients to support bank initiatives and events. - Supporting business growth by cross-selling bank products and services. - Undertaking ad hoc projects as assigned. To excel in this role, you should preferably have knowledge of TB products such as Cash Management, Trade, Loans, Deposits, FX, and e-Banking channels. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role and be comfortable with technology and MS Office tools. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. Your educational background should include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
