Job Description

As a Client Service Manager at Fresh Mind Ideas, your role will involve being the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their goals are not only met but exceeded. You will manage client relationships, oversee the execution of digital marketing projects, and collaborate closely with internal teams such as design, web, content, and digital marketing to deliver exceptional results. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. - Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable marketing strategies and deliverables. - Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Web, Digital Marketing, Content) to ensure project milestones are met. - Monitor campaign performance, analytics, and KPIs, and present insights and reports to clients regularly. - Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to grow client accounts. - Handle client escalations and provide proactive solutions. - Contribute to the agency's reputation by maintaining strong client satisfaction and retention. **Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. - Proven experience (2-3 years) in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing project management. - Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, Performance Marketing, Branding). - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain strategies and results clearly. - Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple clients/projects. - Proficiency with digital marketing tools & platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, HubSpot/CRM tools, etc.). - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle pressure and client expectations.
