What We’re Looking For 3+ years of professional video editing experience (experience with Tier A wedding studios is highly preferred). Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro , with solid skills in color grading . Working knowledge of motion graphics and sound design . Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual aesthetics. We are looking for a strong, assertive, results-driven Sales Manager who can own revenue , push boundaries , and actively grow our footprint in the luxury wedding ecosystem . This is not a passive, desk-based sales role. This role is for someone who can hunt, network, push, follow up relentlessly, and close . Ideal Profile A confident, persuasive professional who is unafraid to push conversations forward and get results. Someone who understands luxury sales psychology and is comfortable dealing with UHNI clients and elite wedding planners. A hunter , not a caretaker. Someone who doesn’t wait for business to come in; they go out and find it. Key Responsibilities / KRA Own and drive sales for luxury wedding photography & filmmaking projects. Actively build and expand relationships with wedding planners across India (Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, Udaipur, Goa, etc.). Penetrate planner circles, industry networks, and vendor ecosystems to position Twogether Studios as a preferred partner. Handle incoming leads with speed, authority, and confidence; qualifying, pitching, and closing. Crack lead generation strategies for luxury weddings (planner-led, referral-based, inbound + outbound). Follow up aggressively (but intelligently) with clients, planners, and decision-makers. Track leads, conversations, and conversions using CRM tools. Work closely with the founder and creative team to align sales strategy with brand positioning. Represent Twogether Studios at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities. Experience Preferred Proven experience in luxury sales (weddings, hospitality, real estate, luxury retail, or premium services). Strong track record of closing high-value deals . Experience working with wedding planners or luxury clientele is a big plus. Confidence in cold outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-driven selling. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Comfortable with pressure, targets, and high expectations. Ideal Candidate Profile Assertive, persuasive, and unapologetically ambitious.
