As a Client / Account Services Manager at Mindspan, your role will be crucial in ensuring that client work across multiple industries runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and maintaining 10+ client dashboards to ensure all deliverables, timelines, and statuses are current and accurate. - Overseeing Mindspan's internal dashboard, coordinating internal capacity planning and scheduling. - Creating and managing project flow charts, ensuring follow-through and completion with internal teams and external partners. - Scheduling external resources (design, development, video, etc.), ensuring alignment and availability with project needs. - Acting as a bridge between Agency creative department and clients, keeping communication clear, consistent, and proactive. - Flagging risks, delays, or resourcing issues early to maintain accountability and transparency. - Supporting leadership in ensuring projects stay within scope and budget by keeping dashboards and project flow chart precise. - Helping refine internal processes to improve dashboard usage, project flow, and resource scheduling efficiency. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in account or project management, branding, PR, web, or marketing agency experience is a plus but not required. - Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, where dashboards, tickets, and schedules are second nature to you. - Practical, reliable, wise, and execution-focused with low ego. - Comfortable with a collaborative, layered management style and able to work across multiple client teams. - Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of MS Office suites, CRM, and AI tools. - Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously with discipline and consistency. - Culturally aligned: socially and lifestyle-balanced, collaborative, and grounded. Please note that this position is for a full-time role, located in Chandigarh, with 6 days working (Last Saturday will be a holiday only). Interested candidates can apply.
