Role Description

Client Servicing Executive

Travel to exhibitions, client meetings, and project locations will be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communications and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client briefs and effectively communicate requirements to internal design & production teams
• Develop customized solutions that align with client goals and brand objectives
• Generate new business opportunities and support sales efforts
• Conduct client presentations and assist in proposal preparation
• Maintain detailed sales and project tracking reports daily
• Ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction throughout
• Travel for client visits, exhibitions, and on-site supervision as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong Client Servicing, Customer Relationship, and Account Management skills
• Good understanding of Business Development strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in MS Office & reporting skills

• Experience in exhibitions, events, or related industry is an advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
