Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. ● Proven experience (1-2 years) in client servicing, account management, or a related role, preferably in a digital marketing or design agency. ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams. ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ● Proficient in using project management tools and CRM software. ● A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to client satisfaction. ● Knowledge of digital marketing and design principles is a plus.
