Client Services Associate

As a Customer Service Associate in the Agoda Process, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via various channels such as voice, chat, and email regarding travel bookings, including flights and hotels. Your main objective will be to maintain a high standard of service quality by following Agoda's customer service guidelines. You are expected to communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a positive and helpful interaction at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Handling inbound customer inquiries related to travel bookings - Utilizing voice, chat, and email channels for communication - Maintaining a high standard of service quality as per Agoda's guidelines - Ensuring positive and helpful interactions with customers Qualifications Required: - Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification, Bachelor's degree would be a plus - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written In the INDIGO Process for Customer Service Associate (Voice), your responsibilities will include ticket booking, cancellations, handling flight delays, solving queries related to refunds and baggage, and informing customers about flight details. The minimum qualification required for this role is HSC or Graduate. Key Responsibilities: - Handling ticket booking, cancellations, and flight-related queries - Assisting customers with refunds, baggage inquiries, and flight details - Providing information and resolving issues related to flight delays Qualifications Required: - HSC or Graduate qualification - Fluent English communication skills Please note that both positions are full-time roles involving night shifts and rotational shifts. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred for effective customer communication. The work location is in person.,
