As a Telesales Representative at our company, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential and existing customers to inform them about our services using provided scripts. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Contacting potential or existing customers via telephone to understand their requirements and address any queries they may have. - Entering and updating customer information accurately in our database. - Processing orders with precision to ensure customer satisfaction. - Demonstrating a proven track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone. - Utilizing your knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems, such as CRM software. - Learning about our existing services to effectively communicate them to customers. - Exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. - Maintaining a cool-tempered demeanor and resilience to handle rejection professionally. - Showcasing outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints effectively. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree and have 0-2 years of relevant experience. This role is based in Mota Varachha, Surat.
