Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Associate located in Faridabad. The Client Services Associate will be responsible for providing excellent client services and customer support, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships. Other daily tasks include addressing customer concerns, supporting financial transactions, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with other team members to provide comprehensive and efficient client service.

Qualifications

• Client Services and Customer Service skills
• Customer Support and Communication skills
• Basic knowledge in Finance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial
