Client Services Associate

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the service using scripts. You will ask questions to understand customer requirements and their queries, enter and update customer information in the database, and take and process orders in an accurate manner. Your proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone/calls, will be crucial in this role.
