Job Description

As a Client Services Associate, you will be the primary contact point for clients, responsible for facilitating communication between Production and clients. Your role includes completing preflight checks for new projects, inputting project details into internal systems, and sending projects for production. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to client requests for new project initiatives using our centralized technology - Collaborate with the production team to evaluate project requirements, provide cost and timeline estimates for translation projects - Initiate project work by outlining detailed budgets, schedules, and instructions for the project team, anticipating and addressing potential roadblocks - Ensure any issues are resolved with the client before passing the project to the production team - Proactively set project specifics to enhance team success - Familiarize yourself with the client's industry, business needs, and culture, educate the project team, and deliver high-quality service - Monitor project progress, adhere strictly to deadlines and budgets, and deliver high-quality outputs - Act as the central point of contact between clients and internal production staff - Manage and meet client expectations, ensuring satisfaction - Adhere to ISO regulations, processes, and procedures - Troubleshoot problematic projects when necessary - Understand and follow project instructions, effectively communicate with the production team - Investigate and address client complaints, discussing and resolving issues with clients and production staff - Perform any other tasks assigned by a manager/supervisor Qualifications Required: - Superior written and spoken communication skills in English - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, commitment to high-level service - Effective time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds, work autonomously and in a team setting Required Experience and Qualifications: - Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service - Experience in cultivating relationships with clients and colleagues Desired Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in a second language - Experience in project coordination and resource allocation,
