Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Client Services Associate. The Client Services Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing customer support, ensuring client satisfaction, and communicating effectively with clients. They will assist with finance-related tasks and ensure timely resolution of client issues to enhance overall client experience.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic Finance knowledge and skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the advertising or design industry is a plus
