Key Responsibilities Process shipments efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery to clients. Manage client accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Provide exceptional client servicing, maintaining strong relationships with clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Assist in the development of client service strategies to enhance overall client experience. Participate in training and development programs to improve service skills and knowledge. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: A minimum of 1 to 4 years of relevant work experience in client services or a related field. Strong skills in shipment processing and client management . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Proficient in using client management software and other relevant tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
