Job Description

Role Overview: As a Client Service Specialist, you will serve as one of the primary contacts for all communication between Client Service Managers, Client Service Associates, Participants, Plan Sponsors/Employers, etc. Your responsibilities will include transaction processing, communication with internal and external stakeholders, participation in organizational and team initiatives, and ensuring compliance with set goals and benchmarks. Key Responsibilities: - Transaction Processing: You will spend 68% of your time consistently meeting delivery expectations with set defined goals, achieving performance benchmarks laid down by Principal Global Service, and striving towards meeting organizational goals. - Communication Skills: Allocate 18% of your time to establishing seamless communication with both internal and external stakeholders to obtain information and resolve transactional delays. - Organizational/Team level initiatives & compliance: Dedicate the remaining 18% of your time to actively participating in organizational and team level initiatives, getting skilled and upskilled on less/mid complex work, and being part of the capability structure. Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in financial processes or banking, familiar with US shifts. - Graduates in any discipline except BE or B-Tech. - Understanding of retirement environments and their instruments. - Ability to prioritize and process daily assigned work to meet customer service goals. - Proficient in communicating through email, chats, or calls to provide ongoing progress updates and request necessary information for transaction processing. - Follow internal procedures to document work on contracts accurately. - Responsible for gathering data related to different reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Exposure to tasks such as SAFO, Excess Deferral, SPD, Customer Enrollment Kits, Custom Fee Disclosures, DIV/Non Div, etc., will be preferential. - Familiarity with RIS, Salesforce, Mainframe & Express. - Inform Client Service Associate/Consultant of customer concerns or potential problems. - Develop a working knowledge of plans, contracts, retirement documents, and concepts of 401 K. - Perform assigned work accurately to meet or exceed quality expectations for increased client satisfaction and profitability for PFG. - Adherence to Compliance, Information security, Internal, and External statutory and regulatory requirements. - Aligned with a back-office transaction processing team working in US shifts (6.30 pm to 3.30 am IST).,
