Job Description

As a Client Service Specialist, you will act as one of the primary contacts for all communication between Client Service Managers, Client Service Associates, Participants, Plan Sponsors/Employers, etc. Your responsibilities will include: - Transaction Processing: - Spend 68% of your time on transaction processing. - Consistently meet delivery expectations with set defined goals. - Achieve performance benchmarks as laid down by Principal Global Service and strive towards meeting the organizational goals. - Communication Skills: - Allocate 18% of your time to establish seamless communication with both internal and external stakeholders to obtain information and resolve transactional delays. - Organizational/Team Level Initiatives & Compliance: - Dedicate 18% of your time to actively participate in organizational and team level initiatives. - Get skilled and upskilled on the less/mid complex work and be part of the capability structure. Qualifications required for this role are: - 2+ years of experience in financial processes or banking, familiar with US shifts. - Graduates in any discipline except BE or B-Tech. - Understanding of retirement environments and their instruments. - Ability to prioritize and process daily assigned work to meet customer service goals. - Proficiency in communication through email, chats, or calls to report ongoing progress and request necessary information for transactional closure. - Ability to follow internal procedures to properly document work on contracts. - Responsible for gathering data related to different reports on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Exposure to tasks like SAFO, Excess Deferral, SPD, Customer Enrollment Kits, Custom Fee Disclosures, DIV/Non-Div, etc., will be preferential. - Familiarity with RIS, Salesforce, Mainframe & Express. - Notify Client Service Associates/Consultants of customer concerns or potential problems. - Develop a working knowledge of plans, contracts, retirement documents, and the concepts of 401 K. - Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required. - Perform assigned work accurately to meet or exceed quality expectations leading to increased client satisfaction and profitability for PFG. - Adhere to compliance, information security, internal and external statutory, and regulatory requirements. - You will be aligned with a back-office transaction processing team that handles direct email communication with clients for any information needed for further processing. - Accustomed to US shifts (6.30 pm to 3.30 am IST).,
