Job Description

As a Client Servicing Manager, you will play a crucial role as the bridge between the client and the execution team. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that the account is performing well and that the work is completed according to the agreed-upon scope. You will need to focus on identifying growth opportunities and regularly measuring performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Building strong relationships with clients, managing their expectations, and providing daily MIS reports - Conducting competition and competition analysis - Serving as the go-to person for queries regarding account handling and digital marketing deliverables - Providing clients with innovative ideas and keeping them informed about new digital marketing strategies and competitor analysis - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of product orders/services - Taking briefs from clients and communicating them to the creative team - Maintaining reports and ensuring smooth business flow with clients - Working on pitch presentations, strategizing, executing, and presenting monthly reports to clients - Seeking timely feedback, sending proposals, negotiating, and up-selling to grow accounts Skills required for this role: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Account Management - Strong communication, presentation, and client servicing skills - Experience in working with digital media publishers - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proactive and self-starter with a strategic mindset - Good understanding of digital marketing and user experience - Performance-driven Education: Bachelor's degree preferred Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Account Management Benefits: Work from home Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Saturday Work Location: Remote (Work from Home) As a Client Servicing Manager, you will play a crucial role as the bridge between the client and the execution team.
